Fwd: Performance & Compliance - 2 sides of the same coin

The only difference is who sets the rules / targets. With performance the company sets the rules and creates the drive. With compliance it is an external body.

The response is (should be) the same for the company. They both require you to..
- document what you want everyone to do, described in a way they can all understand  (process)
- measure how well they are doing it (metrics)
- provide a controlled (auditable) approach to driving change & improvement.
