The start of something...

This book has been the thoughts over the last 5 years. So why has it taken so long to get around to writing it? Simply because it has taken some time to really get a clear picture of what we have started. It wasn't until Susan joined us as and applied her marketing expertise and asked "So what is it this approach really does for clients?" We all came up with different answers, which was clearly unacceptable to Susan. So she got us together and out of that workshop and a few late nights, bottles of red wine (and other marketing techniques) came the answer Adoption.

So that is the theme of the book. Interestingly it is not something startling and new. But often the best ideas aren't. It is restating the obvious in terms that everyone suddenly understand and apply. And seeing the realisation explode in everyone's eyes is very satisfying.
